One to one training and small groups
One to one training

Not everyone needs to walk straight into a full group. One to one training gives you the coach's attention on one person and a pace set for that person alone.
They are led by Adam Okniński and Aleksander Okniński. Both are actively involved in the sport and work on the same system as the regular groups, so moving into group classes later is straightforward.
The time is arranged directly with the coach, which is sometimes the only workable option with an irregular work schedule.

Who it is for
- Beginners who would rather start with an individual introduction
- People coming back after a longer break
- Fighters working on one specific element before a competition
- People who work better in a smaller group
- People who need a flexible time
What we work on
- A technical element chosen together with the coach, instead of the whole group's programme
- Technique corrected as you go, on every repetition
- A pace matched to one person's ability and goal
- Preparation for joining a regular group, if that is the plan
What you can learn
- The same as in a group, but with the attention on you alone
- The correct movement pattern, before a faulty one sets in
How to start
Call and tell us what you want to work on and when you can train. The scope, frequency and time are arranged directly with the coach who will lead the sessions.
What to bring
- Comfortable sports clothing
- A water bottle
- Flip flops for moving around off the mat
The coach provides the equipment for the session. Pads, shields and protectors belong to the Academy and are replaced regularly, so you do not need to buy anything to start.
What equipment you need depends on what you will be working on. Agree it when you arrange the time.
